Give your boy more SUPER FOOD, which can include, but limited to, berries (esp blueberries and strawberries), kiwi, almonds, broccoli, tomatoes, salmon, avocado, sweet potatoes, soy beans (edamame, tofu), lentils, kale, beans, barley, yogurt, beef, egg, milk. Veg and fruits are very important for the mineral and nutrients intake.
