Hi Moi, only after 16 weeks (or 12 weeks, can't remember) then no need to have full bladder. Becoz otherwise it won't be clear using the USG..
But I think you're right it might be depend on USG device also
However, regardless in which week, it'll be clearer in USG if you have full bladder. Because last time for my detail scan for #1 in the end the scanner asked me to have a full bladder becoz baby refuses to move (head down) making them can't scan the head circumference.
