ivy.. when you gg back to work..? Think quite alot gg back to work this month le..

genesis28... pls don't introduce cereal so early ya.. think is still too early..
 


genesis- i give some cereal ( ard 5 spoons) to Daphne when she's 3mth 3 wks every alternate day only, she loved it!! she's turning 4th mth tmr...
 
genesis- i give Nestle brand brown rice cereal, sample from my PD, there actually state for 6mth onward , but my grandma n auntie said can give abit, but i mix more water to make it more watery , easier to digest. 1 feed for alternate day. They said just monitor the poo, see got regular poo or not... if have then it's normal, no allergy.
In fact i give Barley water (without sugar)to Daphne when she's 3rd mth old too.. not too often ,around twice a week.
 
mayb those wiv iris contact can share to firipy n ice so tat they can contact her.? i joined her spree b4 too n found her to b v slow in returning my queries. after numerous email n reminder den i got my refund bk,almost 1 mth lor.i tink tats very irresponsible lo, btw she is oso blacklisted in the forum. i hav asked her b4 y she changed nickname but she did nt say anything oso. tink she dun dare to say.

I feel it is better to start introduce thing to bb when they are at least 5M... not too early.. cos their system not so stable yet..

Best.. of course is 6M or later...

mstan.. most start with cereal first like sharon..juz a few spoon feed for a start.. for bb to taste nia.. then more as days go by.. same thing for a few days.. monitor.. then change to new thing..hor

Ya.. need to monito when introduce.. semi solid stuff..

Some give watery porriage..
 
Sharon u give so early ah? I only gave brown rice paste to no1 at 4 mths tink now too early for cereals? last time I give no1 healthy times cereal

Mushloom sure if got I sms u sometimes they replenish stocks I experience before..
 
Roxy- haha yaya cause that day my grandma and aunt come my house visit Daphne so they realised Daphne seem interested with what we're eating and in fact she's drooling haha... so they ask me to try feeding her cereal, and she like it loh... yaya i start when she's 3mth 3 weeks... hehe she's turning 4th mth tmr liao... so fast.. time flies

Mstan: if your bb on full bm, then intro solids after 6m. If not on total bm, intro at about 4m + to 5m when their head is stable liao n can sit on high chair. Like what sandy said, their digestive system not matured yet, don't intro too early. Last time I fed my no. 1 Healthy Times and Organix. Twice a week, Eu Yan Sang Si Sen Brown Rice.

Genesis- ya calamari is right, my friend also told me before if bb tbm then dun intro cereal too early cause they may reject bm after that leh... My gal on partial so I intro a little cereal loh so basically she have one fm feed n one cereal a day then rest is bf
 
calamari : thks ! my bb now on tbm with occassional fm....going back to work soon so she will hv more fm....ok, I will wait until 4+ to 6 mths then intro her soft food like porridge &amp; cereal....;p

Mummies,
can someone help me?? I think my gal's feeding time has become chaotic liao. I duno what to do. She drink very little and poo every 3-4days. It has been like this for one week liao lei. Could it be due to jab huh? Now is like i agar agar she hungry then i feed her. Her sleeping time also change le. I bring her to see doc le, doc said she is ok lei. But i cant stop worrying. Cos she is on milk and poo strike lor. She has been poo-ing every 3-4days for almost one mth le, then i change fm. After i change fm she is on milk strike. I ask doc is it due to changing of fm, she said no wor.
 
happymummy - ur bb 3 mths liao?? cuz now bb poo lesser so will not drink so much liao.. and the weight gain will be slower after 3 mths.. so no worries oki??

hellokitty - dun be sad.. after work spend more time wif bb... sigh...
 
miu, cos the IFC say if i dun go in latest by 15march, they give the slot to others. Also 2 weeks orientation period, so i guess by then 1st apr, anything happen or i change my mind got time to find alternatives.

Roxy, i actually working since labour... cos my partner need me to help do quotations and stuff... so actually i think he will hope i go back ASAP...

Food-wow again.. All so fast intro food? I only aiming to start close to 6mths. I also heard bb so early start to eat solid, will trigger "allergy".

Tis cereal brand-think not bad bah. Seen someone hving spree for it.. So tot of getting. Organic baby food in sin v ex! :p
 
miu.. just now u sms me tat time i was packing her stuff for IFC... packing and feeling quite down... knowing that i am not seeing her whole day like last time kind of sad. Although there are times im frustrated with her, but its so nice to see how she grow and how she behave everyday.
 
ivy - can imagine lor.. we of cuz will be frustrated wif bb sometimes.. but deep down in our heart... reali love them so much and wanna spend all of our time wif them.. hope to c every change in them.. even a small flip will make us beli happie lo.. sigh.. =(

Happymummy> My boy also on milk and poo strike... He does not really drink a lot in the first place and now on milk strike. He is on partial BM and FM. Till now, he still prefers latching but I can't latch him so often coz I'm also going back to work 29 Mar. He drinks only 120ml every 5-6 hourly...

As for poo, he also only poo every 4-5 days!!!
 
btw regarding jumperoo n exersaucer..i wantd get jumperoo for no1 then I did some research n those physical therapists said its no good for BB devt as it places unnessary stress on bb spine n hip n got cases of bb developg hip prob after using it.. Aft discussing wif hubby we decided nt to get it, we more kia see hee ..if want to let bb use they recommend nt more than 20min per day n bb at least 4mths when head more stable.. I see whether I can stll find e article..has anyone heard abt dis before?
 
yes girls, sama sama... her little smile will make me melt.

Genesis, bo bian -.- arbo they give the slot to someone else... but i will not let her stay there too long, will gradually increase, so she wont be so shock.
 
ya.. mummies beli cham.. sigh.. heng that time mi went back work for abt 7 days.. so know how isit oredi.. or else will feel beli beli down lor..
 
I also dread going to work!!!even though I've one mth to go...haizzzz.... Ya lor I also will miss my boy too...his smile...cry....gurggling....flipping...everything!!sianzzz…
