for mummies that can't tolerate the strong milk taste, u can go for other foods that are high in calcium. Here are some examples:
Yoghurt, chseese, ice cream, dried ikan bilis with bones, soya beans, canned sardines with bones, beancurd, dried figs, kailan, spinach and chye sim (vege group). These are foods that are high in calcium
