Hi Ntp123,

there is a lot of different kind of symptoms depends on how your body works.
sometimes u will have cramps , sometimes spotting, sometimes sudden decrease of symptoms like morning sickness etc.
and also there is a missed miscarriage, which no symptoms shown at all until your next check up.
if you are really worried, it is best to call up your gynae to go down for a check just to be extra safe.

Hello I just got a miscarriage - blighted ovum and I only have a sac that measures 4 weeks plus. Doc ask me to wait for my period to come but till date I only had spotting. Is this normal for miscarriage I thought mostly it should have cramps and heavy bleeding
