What food to eat during 1st trimistr??


Just eat anything.
For first trisemester, just don't move too much. Don't over stressed. Don't jump. Don't run.
Eat folic acid.
 
Through out pregnancy, don't eat too heaty, spicy and sweet things. That's all. Is good that you don't have nausea in the morning like some preggy women encountered. So just enjoy this moment ;)
 
For first trimester just eat whatever u can eat esp before the morning sickness kicks in and sometimes will make u push away all the food. Just try to avoid uncooked food such as sashimi, half boiled eggs, salads etc.
Try to google food with folic in them and can increase consumption for those kinda food. Eg. Brocoli
 
Folic acid, which is readily available in citrus fruits. Like sane said, just eat in moderation since you don't need a lot of calories during first trimester. :)
