Into week 17 of my pregnancy and company is going to announce "reorganisation" plan very soon. Pls advise what are my benefits if I were to be retrenched or terminated. (Any difference between the 2?)
1. I have only informed immediate superior of my pregnancy but not HR. Need to inform HR before dismissal news? Or gynae's letter is enough ?
2) I have worked more than 3 years in company.
Wonder if I will be able to get a job while pregnant? Or best is get contract job?
