Helloo.... Any mummies on any supplements during your pregnancy? What are the effects u had taking it? And how is the progress?


Im taking iron supps.... Noticed that taking it on empty stomach causes vomitting. I vomitted with shreds of blood... Too scared to take ready!!!

i took quite a few supplements as prescribed by gynae. No problems. Just seek gynae's opinion before u take supplements. you might not even need individual iron supplements to start with. I have iron in my multi vits. Some docs prescribe separate iron supplements only if u have a medical issue or during late in pregnancy when they test ur blood n realise u need it.
