STATUS UPDATE: Items missing/not sent in Batch #1-3

- I rang merchant in China & spoke with the respective sales rep/coordinator for 1/2h this afternoon (at my own expense).
- I expressed my disappointment with the non-delivery of these missing items despite my regular chasers (via phone calls & email exchange) & prior consensus on re-delivery arrangement.
- The oversight was attributed to the warehouse for failing to act on the delivery orders issued or, what I term as, internal communication failure.
- I know it has been a long wait & appreciate your understanding that such unforseen delays are not intended. I am doing my best to hound/call/email/follow up on the status
- This spree can be deemed pretty challenging in many areas (in addition to tracking these missing items & chasing shipment release). For instance, a carton may contain 70-80 items of assorted size/shape/type which are mostly unlabelled (no Item # or product name). It is rather time consuming to identify item, sort them out by mix-&-match (which belongs to who) & weigh each piece to tabulate shipping charges.
- The following arrangement is made as per my last agreement with merchant today. Most of these items should be tagged with Batch #4. I can only verify receipt of these items when shipment arrives (possibly next week).
