I sent a parcel thru the letter box a week ago via normal postage. And till now recipient has not received it (6 working days). When I emailed them they say cos normal mail. IMHO, so it means normal mail = always get lost I feel that is what they were trying to tell me..then where is my mail? Someone stole it? How can a large parcel with return address get lost, no news no nothing.
