I am 9 weeks into pregnancy.
I went KK for my first official appointment at 8 weeks.
Any good OB to recommend in KK now ?
The one I went to see is very careless and I do not feel secure.
I am having very bad morning sickness now ( can't eat and sleep due to the feeling of throwing up every second ).
My condition now is I practically throw up after every snack. I am just taking plain crackers now. I can't eat anything else, not even white bread.
OB did not prescribe enough morning sickness medication for me to last till my next appointment which worries me if this situation will keep repeating.
Also frustrating to need to go down again just for the medications at this current situation.
I have heard stories that people do not get enough epidural / pain killers to manage their pain during and after delivering which I am quite phobic now.
I also did the basic blood test, to my surprise they do not test for thalassemia.
They wanted me to go back to do other blood test in another department.
However, because this is an IVF baby, I already have the report so I sent it to them.
After few days, called in again to ask for my husbands blood report which was frustrating.
They should have asked it together with my report.
OB in private hospitals better ? As in more careful , efficient and responds faster to situations / discomfort ?
If recommend private, please recommend those OB that will not ask to do many extra tests.
Also one of the reasons, I chose public in the first place.
