Prenatal vitamins


Fish should be ok ba.. I read from forum that only don't eat fishes that are too "big" or on top of the food chain because they may contain more mercury than small fishes. My gyne said everything also can eat but avoid raw food like sashimi and half boil eggs.

Yes! Fish oil is good for the development of brain in babies during pregnancy especially during the 3rd trimester. I took it during my pregnancy and am still taking them as I'm breastfeeding. =)
