Looking for arthritis specialist

Hello there, my name is Danny and hoping to get some recommendations here. We're looking for a rheumatologist/arthritis doctor for my dad to get a second opinion (we didn't have a pleasant experience with our previous one so we decided to switch). We're staying near Gleneagles -- we were referred to Dr Leong Keng Hong. Does anyone have any experience with him and his fees? Or can anyone recommend a nearby clinic? Public or private is fine.
