Ivf with acupuncture

Hi does anyone try acupuncture before and after embryo transfer? I heard it is better and increase the chance by 26%. Anyone know where is good?
 


I just started my accupunture, starting first FEF next week. Not sure if it really helps but heard alot of good reviews so decided to give it a shot.

Not too sure about best timing to start, maybe other ladies can advise?

When I did my ER I only ate CQ10 and Folic, still continuing the same routine and just started my first accupunture treatment so can't really tell if it helped.

Most people suggest to start anything 3 months prior to stimms for ivf because it takes about 3 mth to grow an egg to maturation. I guess even if it is only a transfer, acupuncture takes time to regulate the body condition so 3 months is also roetty reasonable.

Noted.. my 1st ivf wasn't successful so thinking of doing again year end. Meanwhile thinking of going for the acupuncture
