Blood test is 26th dec just after xmas ..
hopefully got nice xmas present ..
Today when inserting the crinone gel , i see a lil strand of blood like that though ..
Hey!! I did my blood test on the 26 as well last year!!
I had some blood when inserting the gel as well but I think it's because too sensitive. And a bit of cramps also.

Good. She's 4 months now. The pregnancy was not super smooth during the 1st trimester though. Had quite a few spotting.
My boobs weren't very sore but I was gassy. Ya. The cramps not really period kind.
I also don't know what's normal and what's not normal. But the nurse asked me when taking my blood if I had any cramps I said yes then she said OK, we will see the blood test results. So I also don't know if it's a good thing or not good thing.I c ...
so the cramps not like normal cramps is normal?

Never. I wanted to but decided I do or don't do also have to do blood test. Later do already negative then very sian to do blood test when you already know the results. I got 2 previously failed iui. Got my period still have to do blood test. The feeling super sucky.
But to each his own. If you want to test then go ahead.

Only 6 more days though! Try to enjoy the holiday. I believe stress is a very huge factor when it comes to fertility so as hard as it is, try not to think too much about it.

Wanted to check if anyone had successful pregnancy with slow growth and low heart rate of baby in 5-6 week.
I had first scan yesterday and baby is measuring behind, should be 6w5d but it’s 5w5d. We saw heart flickering & doc said its low now. Going for next scan in 2 weeks

So sorry to hear that…am also going thru missed miscarriage at 7 weeks. Have final scan friday, will be taking medications after that. Not feeling like going for the scan knowing what am gonna see on screenHopefully uh.. abit upset

i had a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks going 12 about 2 yrs back too ..
the feeling is horrible as you feel so helpless.

Today is mt 8dp5dt but didn’t test.
I started to have spotting of brown discharge and went to get a jab.
Is this normal?
Worried about menses coming…

having brown discharge could be implantation bleeding, it could also mean that your menses are coming...
perhaps at this point in time, you might want to test and see if it's +ve, so you wont worry....

Sigh, today beta blood test negative at 6.9 only.
Failed cycle.
This is my second failed FET. I had 2 miscarriages before too.
Have gone for tcm treatment since last July, changed my diet a lot, been taking supplements all this time but still no luck.
So tiring and demoralising…

6.9 if I am not wrong, implantation did happen, just that the embryo did not manage to stick on.

Like some of you, I struggled with miscarriages and the emotional rollercoaster. Hugs* Better days are coming.
I have been TTC for 4-5 years, and went for IVF-ICSI at SGH in Oct'23 > resulted in early miscarriage. My AMH is considered to be very low for my age (i was 33 in 2023); it was 1.9pmol/L (normal ranges 4.1-58pmol/L). I could only retrieve 2 eggs then.
In Dec'23, found out I was pregnant (natural conception) but again, resulted in early miscarriage. Since then, I never managed to get pregnant naturally.
However, in Nov'24, I got diagnosed with endometriosis and adenomyosis - not a great combo. I just had my endo surgery done and during the surgery, my doc also removed polyps from my uterus and both my fallopian tubes were severely blocked it had to be removed as well. Because of my condition (endo + adeno + low AMH), my endo doctor suggested a different protocol for IVF. Its suggested that I put my body in a menopausal state (to suppress hormone & inflammation from adeno) up to 3 months before embryo transfer. Has anyone been advised something similar?
Anyway, I'm a week post-op and doing my best to stay positive and start a diet/lifestyle change. Anyone with similar experiences, do share! Thank you for reading this long post.

is anyone able to share their experience with how virtus grade their embryo and if it led to successful implantation? I switched lab to Virtus for my new cycle this year and am dealing with their grading for the first time. They told me over the phone I have 2 Good, 3 Above Average and 1 Average blastocyst. Not sure if they are strict or relaxed with the grading?
In my previous lab - 5AB was successful and 4AB, 4BB and 4BC all failed.

Don’t worry. You’ve got very good blastocysts here. Quite good chance. You will also get the specific grading like 5AB etc when you get the actual report.

Hi! I did my IVF at KKH, the grading they gave was only A, B, C or D.. I have tried frozen embryo transfer with grade A, B and C blastocysts before.. and guess what? The one that resulted in my baby was a grade C blastocyst. Like what my Doctor believed, she said every blastocyst stands a chance, irregardless of its grading. All the best to you!
