I always order the products from iherb directly because,

1) The delivery is directly to my doorstep or any other mailing address as indicated. Saves the hassle to meet up and plus I get the products faster.

2) Using my own credit card (Real reason why I order myself). Hence, the USD/SGD exchange rate will be base on the current rate of my bank. No exchange loss as compared to fixed rate by other spree. For example, I use DBS credit card and I always check their FX rate before buying from iHerb. For instance, today's USD/SGD FX rate is 1.2268 (as compared to 1.31?). 3) No cut-off time and date. I do my own shopping as and when I like.

I usually dun join spree becos i see the rate stated is usually much more higher than bank/creditcard rate.

After research, i decided to buy myself too. USD rate only 1.26. With the $10 for 1st timer, the overall cost is definitely cheaper than joining spree.

Some ppl join spree as they only want to buy a few items; so there will still be ppl joining spree.

Share a tip with all of us after i call up the bank - Use Visa as Master will charge a 0.8% on top of the bank exchange rate.

This is after you click <checkout>, it's a box located at above "Free 1-3 days shipping on US orders over $60" showing your order list

Can't see now as me now no more 1st timer so the box is no more there.

Tks. When I click checkout, it brought me to the payment page where I have to key in my credit card details. I didn't see ant field to input the code? Or do I have to put in my cr card details first and Proceed to the BILLING page to input the code?

I have been joining sprees previously so don't know if I'm still considered first time as there was 1 order where the organizer sent the package direct to my mum's home?
 
For me i key in the code 1st when it shows the order cart, then it will generate disc plus additional 5% disc indicate FINAL Total. Then option to select shipping via several choices.

Are you 1st time? cos this is what i encounter after today 1st transaction. Or can create another account via a different name to try?

I have received my order shipped via Eurasia today. Order on 25 Oct n rec'd item today. Very fast !

Just to share: For my shipment via Eurasia, Tracking only works and updated when the shipment reached Seoul est 2 days later, then no update again for 3 days before reaching Singapore.

I ordered from iherb on the 25 Oct, shipment via Eurasia but yet to receive my products.

Taqbin claimed they are no longer Euroasia's agent and asked me to call Euroasia hotline - 65131192 but no one answer.

What other hotline shall I call to track my delivery?
 
on my tracking record, it is reflected as "return" but i did not receive any memo on non-delivery. wrote email to eurasia but no reply. have emailed to iherb. hopefully can get a satisfying reply.

From my experience, i received the package in 7 working days, tracking will state " delivering" 3/4 days after order shipped and i waited more 3/4 days to receive the package at home. Hope this information helps
