My marriage has been on the rocks for at least three years already and we're bound to get a divorce sooner or later. I can't possibly state everything, but basically here's my circumstances right now:
-Have not been working for more than 18 years, so I have no income at all.
-Not able to save any money from monthly allowance because I was only given enough for household expenses and barely have enough for myself.
-That man controls the finances. Lately he has been giving me even lesser monthly allowance due to some arguments.
-It is not possible for me to find a place to stay, again, due to financial problem. Allso no one is there to provide me with accommodation.
-Health & ageing problems. Lack of skills, thus, not easy for me to find a job.
Just hope to hear some opinions from as to:
-How do I get a divorce when you don't have the money? (I'm also pretty sure that the divorce will be contested, so it is going to cost a lot?)
-Without money, how do you even find a place to stay? I can't possibly file for a divorce, have summons sent to that man etc, yet still stay under the same roof as him right?
