How to choose pram/stroller for newborn

Hello mommies,

I've been searching for prams/strollers for my
Girl..could anyone please advise what all things to see for buying prams.. M looking for something light weight, easily foldable, comfortable for baby with sun shade.... Flexible chair..
Which brands are good and from where should I buy them.. I don't want to buy another pram after a year or two.. So thinking wisely before buying one....
 


Combi, Aprica, Capella have lightweight one-hand fold prams suitable from newborn to 3 yrs old. I've been using Combi urban walker for 2yrs n still using now.

You may want to consider the following when shopping for pram:

1. Budget
2. Type of fold: umbrella or normal fold
3. 1-hand open/close or not
4. Max weight preferred
5. travel system (can put portable infant car seat)
6. size of basket for stuff
7. size (easy to travel on public transport? can fit into car boot or not?)

Based on first 4 points, u can narrow down to a few brands already. Then can go baby fairs or dept stores or spring maternity to check out which model u like. U can get it at cheaper price during fairs or online shops like kiddy sky, baby meadow, or at Kaki bukit (baby kingdom / baby hypermart).
