Help! Is this measles, feng mo or something else?

Hi mummies, my 19m son develop high fever of 39.2 deg on thur evening, pd diagnose him with viral fever. After we feed him with ibuprofen, his fever subsides the next day.

But 2 days later which is Sun, his whole body and face start with rashes.
Does anyone knows whether is my son having measles, 风膜 or 热痱?
My son already had his 2 rounds of MMR. Could it be fake measles?

What are the remedies ? Thanks in advance.

Exactly what I thought too. Fake measles.
viral infection that develop normal to high fever for 3-4 days, then subsides suddenly and, in return, rashes will appear.

Dont worry..as long as no other sympthoms other than the red rashes (sometimes wif itchiness) then should b ok
The rash will b gone by itself. No special medication

Thanks friomum. My friend recommended me to feed him with pearl powder daily , lotsa fluids, airy clothes and bathe him frequently. Hopefully the rashes be gone soon.
