Gossipers at work!!

Hi there! Did anyone encounter working with colleague who likes to gossip and talk bad abt u? I am getting sick & tired and almost gave up my job! She will pretend to be nice infront of u but actually she's not. She always like to " tekan" ppl n find fault!! Cant stand her. The part that i dun undstd is that everyone is soo scared of her even my boss is also afraid of her. Pls, i need some good advice.. I've been tollerating this nonsense for so long. Help!!

I had a bitchy colleague like what you mentioned. I slashed her in front of other colleagues. Some kept quiet, some spoke their bottled feelings. I dun need other pple support.. just that i dread gg to work becos of this bitch. I dun want to hear gossips but very often bombarded me with gossips. With other colleagues, gossip abt me.
Anyway, now I've become frens with this bitch. But still stay a distance. Sooo... Speak up for yourself if she stepped on your tail. Tell her to wake up and shut up. Irritating.

After I scolded her off, she has changed a lot much better. Of cos, gossip less and much nicer to pple. So I actually did her good. Hahaa

I had a similar experience b4. Worked with this Malay Secretary, asked her a few questions cos I was very new and not sure, she pretended to be nice in front, but behind she told pple that I acted blurred and pretended not to know my work. she was bitchy and mean, as she was quite senior, everyone gave in to her. I tried to stay out of her path and not to approach her if necessary.

she bullied me when i was pregnant by assigning me a lousy seat when we moved office. I tolerated her nonsense and just took the seat cos I don't want to affect my bb in my tummy. shortly i left the company, heard fr colleague that someone stood up to her bitchy-ness and complained to the manager, haha, I was so happy to hear that, finally, she had a taste of her own medicine, and worst, she got pregnant and kept taking MCs, in the end, the company got to ask her to go, her hubby not happy and went to office and bang table, got into police case instead, SERVE HER RIGHT MAN !!!!

I always believed that what goes around comes around. Thank you for sharing me your stories. I am still with the company and been tolerating her nonsence for every single day. She is damn good at "curry flavour" my boss! Haiz!! Wait till one day when my patience is gone, i will definitely will tell her off!
