Feeling Nauseous .... any remedy?


hi, i found that eating some dry crackers, like meiji crackers etc, or khong guan crackers helps as well,
something for the tummy to ease quesy feeling, and also for the tongue to have some salt, so it doesnt feel so metallic in taste, if you know what i mean, :)
do try that.

i also tried drinking pocari sweat, that seems to help awhile as well, sometimes sour things help, sometimes its a bit of salt and electrolytes in the body that helps. hang in there!
