Drip for dehydration during first trimester

Hi anyone admit hospital for drip during
Early pregnancy? I was told to go hospital if I can't
Eat or drink and I'm week 6 now.
 


Hi . I was admitted 4x for the pasr 1 month for drip and anti vomitting meds . If you cant eat or drink and have been vomitting then bave to take note . Dont get too dehydrated. Oh ya I was admitted when I was 10 weeks .

Hi, thanks for reply. May I know is it need overnight stay if go for drip ?
Even if I manage to drink a cup of water for a day?
How do you feel after the drip?
 
I stayed there for a few nights as my vomitting was really bad . U can choose to have the drip at the 24 hours clinic. It depends onyour hhospital as well . For me I went to kk. If you feel very dehydrated like very thirsty but cant drink anything and have very concentrated urine then you might want to consider to consult a doctor. I felt better after the drip but after I go back homr everything starts again .
 
My gynea is with TMC. I know there's a 24 clinic.. but afraid the charges will be
Much expensive. I will inform my gynea and see what he suggest. I have anti vomiting pills
But it doesnt help. Hows kkh? As in the charges?
 
If you will be admitted the charges in kk will definitely be lower then tmc. I stayed in A1 for 2 nights is about $1700. The meds didn't work on me as well. Cramps at gastric area or lower abdomen?
 
15weeks more stable already? I didnt go to the hospital yet, and my weight has dropped. I thought of going to
Kk womens 24clinic later as im working today. My throat are dry and I felt so bloated everyday and its killing me.
I woke up in the middle of night to puke. I dont really urinate also. They will drip for me if I request?
 
Mine is really bad . Till now I am still vomitting. U should go if u really don't feel that good .they will do a urine test to see how dehydrated u are . And if u are really dehydrated they will ask u if u want to have drip at the clinic and observe 1st or admit straight.
 
Hi, I went for drip at the 24hrs clinic at kk. It was shown very dehydrate. After 2packs of drip
It got better and I dont wanna admit so requested to go home and rest.
How are you now? Please take good care. I got 3days mc and going back to work tomorrow.
If admit is it need to put on drip for 24hs??
