Most of the boxes of herbs soup there selling most of the time they will intro u to add some inside the soup . If u add some into ginseng soup is consider ok it a balance for heaty ginseng n help to balance our body not too heaty by using 石斛. I notice most of the time the sale assistant will advise us to buy n keep telling is very good, can mix wit every type of herbs soups ,but they nev tell u the side effects . I bought a few times in the end then I realized is not good to anyhow add in soup cos ur soup might b 寒 type of soup . If ladies body keep drinking herbs with 寒 womb will be cold to conceive and white discharge 白带. Do becareful !!!
