3 years on since the latest post nothing has changed. I couldn’t even give a 1/5 review for JPB Employment maid agency on MOM agency portal. Their google reviews are fantastic that’s why i engaged them. After collecting our money they totally MIA. I got 2 helpers from Eunos branch and the woman whom everyone praised on google review kept pushing me to take her transfer indo helpers when i was looking Myanmar ones. Indo maids give a whole different set of problems so I had to pick my battles. Much later on i did a google on that staff and found out some very old post of a someone complaining about her some personal issues with her regarding money and attitude problems when she was much younger. Leopard never change its spots.
Both Myanmar helpers stayed with us for only 20+ days and said they want to transfer. It is almost like it was planned for. Everytime they transfer we have to pay JPB lodging fee. Long story short with these 2 helpers who were totally untrained and below any standards and cheated the interviews, we had to go through POLICE, IMH, MOM, SCT.
There was knife incident in my house. One walked out of shower naked just wrapped in towel etc…
I would never ever engage JPB again cos when u need them, they throw you under the bus. They dont even allow you to send the helper back to myanmar and require you to transfer so they can make another round of money likely. They will protect their helpers and tell them what to do and go against their paying customers.
Even their directors also threatened us to drop the case to authorities otherwise they wont refund our rightful money.
