BAD EXPERIENCE WITH UNIKHOME PTE LTD

Dear mothers, please look at the wood grains and color of this coffee table and see if this is acceptable. To me, it is not acceptable but i have accepted nonetheless. But the management attitude, customer service and problem solving approach of this company is far worse than the condition of this coffee table. I am disappointed with their management and feel that their deliveryman are doing a better job in customer service than them.

That is not a chip off, but is the eye of the wood, The problem is that the quality of the wood used on the table top is inferior, hence explains for the dissatisfactory color.
