Do not order from Mom's Cooking at all cost! Very bad service and attitude from Kelvin. Such company should be boycotted and close down, let the good sincere ones survive. Below is his last reply to me after I enquired for their bank details for transfer payment and for delayed reply and missed my Tingkat start date. Read below:


   Firstly, we are mom’s cooking pte ltd Not Mom’s Kitchen. Secondly I did not receive your email. Lastly, you are free to share whatever experience  you had.

Anyone experienced skin rashes after consuming tingkat food? I had trial order for Mom's cooking and my hubby developed some skin rashes after consuming the food... Is it they put shrimp paste in their cooking?

diorsnow, not really. But their customer service is really bad. Hence I decided to terminate them. They are late and yet insisted it is safe to consume the food after the consume by timing on their label. Many times, the chili & brocoli dishes do spoil even before its expiry timing.

Wanted to try Empire & Neo garden but they do not deliver to my side.

Anyone has more suggestions? Thanks!

I understand Mom's cooking is the same company as Natal Essentials and the latter's biz is really good. Mayb overwhelmed orders make their CS standard dropped....
