Anyone know whats the process of terminating my indo maids. what's the process I need to do ?

I have an indo maids who have extend a few weeks after her 2 yrs contract. I have decided not to continue with her but do not want to engage an maid agency to do this. Can anyone advise what are the process and steps I need to do to send her back ?

Hello, normally I don't inform them in advance since they have performance issue. I always give them a surprise by asking them to pack now & go.... for fear that they might run away if they do not want to go back.

If got performance issues, do NOT inform her. Allocate her about 30mins to pack her luggage and call her family, then send her to the airport.

After informing her that you are sending her back, watch her pack her luggage. Do not allow her to leave your house, whatever her excuses are to prevent her from running away. MAKE SURE you hand her passport to her only at the customs.
