You can find good bargains at Mothercare (off-season). Good quality clothes. Better to get larger sizes 'cos bb grows very fast - no need to be too fitting. Online sprees are another option if you can wait for the items (Carters has incredible deals sometimes).

Try the "Baby Kingdom" and "Baby Hyperstore" in Kaki bukit Avenue 1 . I found these 2 to be the most reasonable and also they have a good collection, especailly of strollers.
