Plethora Employment Agency. They are new since 2011 and the customer service is good.

I recommend Nation or HomeKeeper. I'm also looking for domestic help but I need basic mandarin speaking one as my MIL is not conversational in English

u may try Trust Maid Agncy. good advice, good consultant and reliable .

You may try faith agency, ran by Monica. She flew to Philippines to interview the maid personally, and very good to set the expectation between maid and employer. I got a pretty good and efficient maid (ex Middle Eastern) to take care of my baby from day 1. the owner also provides good after sales service. My maid's 2 friends who came to SG under this agency seems ok as well, so far all of them stick with the same employer up to today(its already 1 yr plus). Downside with this agency fees is the fees are high.
