yes, domestic shipping charges is fixed by external seller. however, i cannot promise you the quality of external sellers... generally they are pretty ok but once in a whole, i get sour lemons. so buy from them at own risk and comfort level. it would be US$24.50 + US$2.98 for domestic shipping charges.
