Hi, can you quote, I would like to have chemical cleaning for 3 units plus compressor. I am living on the first floor. Let me know the total n I would like the servicing to be on weekends. Thanks. And what is the difference between normal chemical wash n chemical wash with dismantle?

Thank you for yr interest.For standard size AC up to 12k btu chemical cleaning+1compressor chemical(HDB) total $290.Yes we do on weekends /weekdays evening too.Usually AC will need normal clenaing quarterly &amp; once a year will need chemical cleaning to clean all the bacteria&amp;smell.Just in certain case AC will need chem fully dismantle ,for eq: have smthg blocking.

My room aircon seems to be not so cold anymore. Usually I will switch to 25 degrees and it's cold enough. But nowadays, even switching to 16 degrees, it's still very warm.

What servicing do you suggest? And how much will it be?
