(2019/09/20) Want to monitor ur helper & kids anywhere, anytime! Radicam IP cam is the easiest


Hi Joy, how/where do I set the motion detection? It kept sending me alerts now when there movement in my living room. I do not needs thios function at this moment since there will always movement in my house.

Secondly, can we change the password to the installing of the camera? Else anyone who install this app on their phone can access my camera recording.

Lastly, is it possible to check how many phones had install this app n hv access to my camera recording?

Yes, you can off the motion detection and change your password.

No one can access to your camera recording unless you have given them the password.

Anyway, can you pm me your contact no and I will get Radicam to assist you about your queries over the phone. Is faster and easier.

Below are the answers to your questions.

No, you do not need to on your pc for recording.
2- can I view recorded video/playback from iPhone??
yes, you can view recording on your iPhone but will advise you to view it on your pc as 32GB files will be slow for your iPhone
3- any fast forward function for viewing recorded video??
yes, fast forward function is allow on your pc
4- to view with iPhone is by an iphone apps or through website??

yes, it can record continuously 24 hourly, and will auto rewrite once your 32GB is used up

Hi KG,

No, is very easy to set up. But if you are using a Mac book, you can't do the set up.

The set up and viewing can only be done on windows computer.

If you are ok, to view your camera using your smart phone, then you can just pay Radicam to set up using their laptop.

Last I heard was the company actually did a 1 to 1 exchange for you. Not often will 4 brand new sets be defected exactly the same way. But no worries, I will get them to call you asap to rectify the problem. Rest assured we will handle this together with you.

Thank you so much for fitting in my urgent request in the delivery. So sorry for the rush as I need to have everything done up before I fetch my new helper tonight. And setup isn't too difficult, my hubby managed to fix the 2 cams last night!

It's not easy being a FTWM and 2 young kids plus a baby at home. Now I can feel slightly more at ease with the live & playback functions.

Hi Joy,
The cam at living room keeps going offline & can't connect. But the other cam is working so it's not wifi connection problem.

I switch off the cam, and on, deleted cam connection from iPhone & reconnect. Works for a day then same offline problem comes up again.

Also, it takes very long to load those recordings records, sometimes it even fails to load.

Any work around solutions? Now I can't even watch what is happening at home.

For installation does not include mounting on the wall. If you need mounting, you will need to engage external contractor to do it.

Our set up for wifi will cost $25 and set up on pc with cost $80.

The earliest delivery should be on mon only. Please let me know if you are keen and I will confirm the mon slot for you.

Hi. Can check if your radicam has other models without the sd card function? Something like foscam FI8910W?

I need 3 sets but do not need the sd card recording function for all 3.

Hi Kelly,

All our indoor cameras come with the SD record function. You can choose to just leave the card slot empty. Our cameras with pan/tilt function without SD recording are all old models and they have been phased out.

- wat pricing am I looking at?
-dun really need much recording cos I'm one most of e time.except for occasional errands .do u still recommend the sd card?
- if I jus need to view on my iPhones ( me n husband), only wireless installation? How is the charge like?
- does my cabling have to come up b4 ur guys come to install e cameras or on the same day? What kind of connection pt will the camera be needing? I will need to inform my electrician wat kind of cables will be needed and connection pt right? I have to mount the cameras myself too?
- your configuration charge will include setting up all necessary s/w so that I jus plug n play right? Viewing is via an app? How abt faults after delivery? Any service nos .to call? Thanks.
