Hi Joyce, that's strange, because I have replied your e-mail about 25 minutes later. You sent your e-mail on Saturday at 6:40 pm and I replied at around 7:02 pm. Can I verify that your e-mail address is [email protected]? Whenever possible, I always try to respond within 24 hours.
 
Hi Amanda, maybe that's the reason why Joyce did not see my reply. I suspect it has something to do with the word "sales" in my e-mail address. Maybe it is time to create an e-mail account called [email protected].

The design is very nicely done and the quality of the frame is good too. I was still expecting a normal wooden frame but the one i've gotten is heavy and solid! Best of all, you were able to accomodate my last minute change of delivery timing! I will get from you the family name design when i have another new addition to the family. thumbs up!!

thanks for making my boy's frame (Ashton). Agree that the frame is solid and heavy, not those flimsy kind without plastic cover in front. I love the 2 designs above too. Esp the turtle, so cute!

Can u do a computer mockup for the Basketball design for me? With Yellow in place of green, and name is Bok Sim. You still have my email?

Hi, thks for e great frame for my pal's son 1st birthday. U really help in e prompt mails for my enquiries n great initiative to source out a better icon(mine was too simple for 3d) when I gave u my ideas of e frame I like. E end results was a really
handsome gift for e little boy.
My friend liked it n commented it was a really thoughtful gift, I think so too as it wil always keep as memorable gift throughout e years.

No worries about the extra mile we have made, we do that for all our customers all the time ( whenever possible though ). Words.in.Frames started in October 2009 and our initial focus was on Thy Word and Words of Wisdom series, so we did not had any frames for Christmas last year. But you can be rest assured that we will be coming out with very nice Christmas frames. So stay tune!

these hand made frames make very great gifts after receving. look better than what it appear on the website. somemore, the frame are received with with a box (should i say box? haha). frame is good, colour are nice. best of all, the service: Good advise on the design/ colour to choose cos everything look nice ur website. good workmanship, good quality frame. and best of all, self delivery.
