The atocare vacuum I bought from you is just after a year but it's giving out a very strong smell when used now, like burnt. What can I do when it's no longer under warranty?

U Can still have it repaired if u think it's faulty, but u have to pay for parts and servicing like any other brand, after warranty period.

Hi,
My otocare vacuum cleaner is emmiting strange sound from the motor or the roller,followed by a strong buring smell.
I was using it on my queen size mattress half way when the sound and the burning smell becomes too obvious.
Had purchase it on the 25th March 2013.
Had used it for 04 time.

We have customers using Atocare on 3 beds and 2 fabric sofa all at 1 cleaning session and there is no over heating problems that is faced by other uv vacuums in the market.

In fact we also have the cleaning service whereby our guys clean the house for up to 1 1/2 hours using the Atocare UV Vacuum.

You only need to clear the hepa filter after each bed to keep suction power optimal.</font></font>
