Im also very sleepy thou i slept early for the past 2 nights.. but at least im feeling better now.. on mon and tues, i had migrain and nausea.. cant work.. but yday ok liao but just no appetite..and quite difficult to refrain from taking cold drinks. before i tested, i have been

drink coke, ice tea etc.. and im feeling sleepy with no coffee or tea.

Hi Ladies, I am 5 weeks 1 day today and EDD 6 jan 2011. ANy idea how much folic acid we should get 5 mg or 1 mg? Are you taking nay other prenatals?

 
This is my second baby and I recently had D&C in march due to non-viability of baby and got pregnant again in april. My gynae did a scan to make sure the location of the sac and size and everything was perfect so far [IMG=http://www.singaporemotherhood.com/forumboard/clipart/happy.gif] I really wish everything is ok this time.

you can just buy at the pharmacy section rack.no prescription required. .........It is better to start 3 months before TTC. i ever got folic from GNC but din finish. then when i was preg with my no. 1, i took the folic from GP and gynae. thereafter, multi vits and fish oil n calcium pill

went to the gynae just now. did a vaginal scan and the gynae say still cant see the sac..but only a DOT.. [IMG=http://www.singaporemotherhood.com/forumboard/clipart/sad.gif] and she cant confirm im pregant. duno what to expect. but strip is positive with faint line. so she ask me to come back nxt wk..hopefuly it will be clearer..



anyone one here manage to see the sac at this earli stage? by right i only missed my period about coming to 1 week..is it not possible to see?

Did u try the clearblue digi to see hw many weeks u r at now?

Tat time I did a scan ard time I missed menses also cannot scan much n the gyne scare me say beanie too small and I shld take progestrone jab. Luckily I never go. Today I went to another gyne I m 5.5 weeks an saw bb pulse already. So happy beyond words.

If u really wanna cfm ur preg , u wan wanna take blood test at gyne to see ur hcg level. [IMG=http://www.singaporemotherhood.com/forumboard/clipart/happy.gif]

when is ur last LMP? how to caculate how many weeks we are in now?



i tested with 3 clearblue pregnancy kit..all positive. line is not dark but its quite obvious.



CONGRATS!!! the most important thing is to be able to detect and hear the pulse!

 
Ilovemiffy cos If u ovulate late u may not be 4 weeks. Maybe 3+? the faint line means u r still in v early preg stage. So don't worry. Go back in another2 weeks time u shld b able to c sac then

ilovemiffy (ilovemiffy) DOnt worry.....ou may be too early, a positive on HPT is positive and you may have ovulated late in your cycle [IMG=http://www.singaporemotherhood.com/forumboard/clipart/happy.gif] I did scan at 4 weeks 5 days and they saw a sac and scheduled to go in 3 weeks.

my gynae will be Dr Chan Kon Hon from Gleneagles.

 
which means you would be back here like in Nov as you cant travel on the 8th or 9th month if im not wrong...



For myself i think ill visit the doc end of this month....
