eat more vege, fruits, BB. Take less fried stuff.
I had sorethroat last week and i quick quick drink lots of fluid then now ok.. oso i sleep more.. now my gal gal guai guai. dun kick me so hard at night. very busy at work recently.. a good sign. but bad to my back. got to squad down for many times..
