1st Birthday Celebration, Where to hold?

My girl celebrating her 1st birthday in less than 2mths time.
I still can't find a venue to hold her celebration.

Anyone can recommend me places other than chalet and condo function room?

Where do you live? If Jurong west then can consider the sports complex cos the multi-purpose is very big, fully air-condidtioned and comes with attached toilets. It cost $100 for 4 hours.

Can try botanic garden, they have function room. I went there for a friend's baby first month celebration last year.

SAFRA JURONG :-
The soft launch is targetted at end of May 2009; however, the entire venue would only be fully functional by October 2009.

SAFRA MOUNT FABER :-
"We provide a price package for our clients at SAFRA Mt. Faber. Lunch or dinner package is approximately $60-$70 per pax, which includes the room rental + catering charges.

Just a gentle reminder: Our function rooms are rentable based on a minimum requirement of 4-hours"

I am having my girl's bday party at Megu @ The Singapore Flyer. It is an event ballroom. Cost at $40++ per pax.

wow. All so expensive. You can try yio chu kang grassroots club. The kids playroom is nice. 4 hours for 200 dollars but not sure about e catering part. Recently went there and find it's a good idea.

actually it's a big play area with slides, balls, etc... you may want to check out their website. The buffet area is small but allowed to bring food over to play area also... a good idea cos all parents eat and chat while children enjoy.

atlantis like for older children 18 mths and above..anywhere which suits 1 yr olds? esp activites and food. Most place ie: gogobambini etc are more catered to older children, which if eel not as suitable for one yr old..

best to hold it at home, since you know for sure they'll get cranky, want sleep, must have pillow smell etc.. anywhere else is just a bother if you know what i mean..
