Hi mummies, i m a working mummy.
Day time working n night time taking care of my 11mths bb.
Life is tough esp she keepbwaking up in middle of e night n disturbed me.
When taking care of bb, i will play blocks toy, show her flash card, bring her for a walk, etc.
I enjoyed every moment with her.
Thx moorspa!!
My hubby was telling me maybe that is e cause of it n asked me to cut down on e number of times of pumping from 4 times to 2 or 3 times per day. I din wan to stop or reduce!! ;(
Ok I will try to eat more protein n see if it does help!! ;) hopefully it does!! ;)
Thx mummies!! My gal also din wan me to cut her hair but recently she said she wan to have short hair like mummies. We have her hair cut 2-3 days ago!! ^_^
Hi mummies,
My hair loss increases 4 months after giving birth.
The lost is terrible!!
I do not have this prob in my first pregnancy.
Anyone can advice what can be done??
I am currently still breastfeeding and I pump 4 times plus latch on at night!!
Nursing cover is good, can feed whenever and anywhere u want but need to be in the air con places.
It is very hot inside, I sometimes used a hand fan while feeding in e cover.
When my gal having Temp 38 & above, ibuprofen works well for her but not paracetamol.
sponging ur child at the forehead, armpit & neck will surely helps in reducing the temp!!
Hope ur child is well now!!
Yes mummies, I agreed with u!!
Breastfeeding and taking of the bb really helped lose weight. I am also an example. Now 4 mths after giving birth and have return. Back to pre-pregnancy weight.
Recently, I have inserted the IUS - Mirena.
i have cramps on that day of insertion and the gynea said is normal. A few hours later, everything is back to normal and I didnt feel anything.
After my insertion, there are spotting and slight bleeding for a week.
Hi Lasery2k,
Thanks for the information!!
I have tried to massage my arm pit but it does not seem to work.
Hopefully the milk duct do not get bigger, else it would be very ugly.
I do hope no operation is required too!!
