I highly recommend my massage lady ,Diana. I had a 7 days session wif her. She does breast massage and it really helps to stimulate my milk supply. She gave me alot of tips on breastfeeding and many more for a ftm like me . After the second session , she did cleared out my blood clogs and it really makes me feels gd cos i dun have tummy cramps after e second session . Moreover , the last day , she will help to massage my baby and my baby sleep well after e massage .

*I will take back e tummy binder on e last day.

*There will be a baby massage on the last day.

*On e last session, massage to reposition e uterus to its original position, only for normal delivery mummies.

*For normal delivery, 5-7days after can start e session..whereas for c sect, session can start only 3-4 weeks after depending with e wound.

Thanks for your info ... I ald contacted her and will pre book her. But I not sure will go for natural delivery or c section as my gynae advise I might need go for c section due to baby big head .. so still struggling..
