No, the url is for the top only.

These sizes does not refer to the age. You have to look at the measurements provided at the bottom of the page. For top, you have to look at the "top length" (全长) and "chest width" (胸围). Just compare it with your child's existing clothing. Or you can provide me with your child's height for advise.

2) Submit your order and 1st payment to me.
3) Only upon receiving your 1st payment, I will reserve your item via the merchant. If there is OOS item, I will use the excess to offset your shipping charges or refund you. No more cancellation once reserved.
Exchange Rate: NT1 = SGD0.05
Shipping:
By air parcel from Taiwan. Shipping charges are shared according to weight of items. Shipping charges are capped at $1 per 100g.
Estimated Date of Arrival:
2-4 weeks after the order has been placed at merchant, subject to re-stocking
Collection Mode:
1) Registered Mail (SingPost charges + $0.50 for stationery + $2.25) Recommended
2) Normal mail (SingPost charges + $0.50 for stationery)
3) SmartPac ($4.70)
4) Courier via Ta-Q-Bin (depending on size, starting from $6 + $0.50 for stationery)
5) Self-collect from my place at SengKang, Anchorvale. Time is flexible but please inform me at least 3 hrs before coming. No self-collection on Sunday.

Ok, here's my suggestion, on the assumption that your 4 year old is around height 100cm and 8 year old is around height 130cm, average build:

Yes, chest measurement is in cm and just laid flat to measure. Ok, it is better to compare the measurement with her existing clothings. I will wait for your confirmation on sizes and colours.

The top costs NT220 and bottom costs NT240. Currently these 2 items are under a promotion, 3 items for NT268. Both items are > NT200, so they are considered as 2 items under the promotion. Each piece will cost NT178, which is S$8.90.
As for the stock, the top has only blue size 9 left. Top length is 48cm, which is suitable for children of height 110cm.
The bottom pants has only all sizes for orange left. Largest size is 15, which is suitable for children of height 130cm.
It would be the best if you can measure your child's existing clothing to compare against their measurement.
