My maid been with me for 2 yrs all along we based on trust. But she start to misuse that trust. Even though I had told her not to play with her phone all day long but she would not listen. That is why other people who like to judge and say that some employers do not like to give their maids freedom, they do not understand at all that too much freedom would only make the maid keep wanting more and then become lazy.
