SingHealth Silver Connection's Postnatal Home Care Service

Hey girls,
I'm so sick of looking for confinement nannies and reading reviews cos so many posts aren't what they seem. Also I, not really traditional in that I need to eat confinement food etc.

I'm thinking of getting the services of Singhealth's Silver Connection's Postnatal Home Care Service. Anyone here has used this service before? How was it?

The big draw back is that I won't be able to get anyone to look after the baby at night when I want to sleep as I think I'll be going for a C-Section.

Any reviews?

I am planning to DIY 坐月, hubby will also help me during that 28 days.

But all my friends and relatives are forcing me to get a CL. As you also know that, good CL difficult to book; not-so-good CL everywhere. Even forum's CL reviews also can not be trusted.

Yeah some CL's never even called me back. And I need one who can at least speak in English. So hard. Today I spoke w friends who did without CLs and they said it was tough but it was ok as long as your mum or MIL was around.

But there's one similar one at KK where I will be giving birth. So maybe I'll use it. Very affordable I think.
