Dear Ladies,
I'm now 14th week & intend to attend prenatal yoga class.
So i keep on searching yoga class at west side as I'm staying at west area.
Currently i found Vanda Yoga which they provide prenatal yoga class.
So i check with them if any slot available.
So they have class in Toa Payoh but i feel a bit far for me.
Another class they planning is in Rochester mall which near Buona Vista mrt.
Timing is 12.30-1.30pm.
Fee i think should be $350 (10 consecutive sessions), will need to double check with them again.
They need at least 6 mummies to start the class.
But they did recommend starting prenatal yoga lessons when pregnancy is 16th week or later.
Classes can be continued all the way till birth.
Looking to start the class end of June.
