Not sure if miscarriage or not

Hi mummies, this my 2nd pregnancy so 26 March went for scan and found out only 5 week 2 day pregnant and took blood test all Hcg 2200. Doctor told me too early to detect so come back another 2 weeks which was yesterday do scan again gestational sac from 5mm to 9mm and water bag is seen but no yolk or fetal not seen and is empty. So reschedule in 2 week time. Yesterday evening I was having bleeding like menses flow with abit of blood clot and cramping . Today was normal jus abit flow . Not sure to go hospital or monitor it.

Any mummies can advise me on this. As this 2nd pregnancy is my 1st time experience it .

No. Yesterday was jus scan. So I was planning to go back to hospital
