Is Talking Pen or Reading Pen good?

Hi,

I am thinking of buy Talking Pen or Reading Pen for my DD, she is coming to 3 years old. Is it good? Which brand is good? Hope to get one that can do English and Chinese.

Appreciate if anyone can share their thoughts?

I hv 1. Now collecting dust at home.

My take is dun waste $.

I bot it for my boy to learn chinese. But he is not intersted in the language, so naturally not keen to use it. I suppose he will use it more to read english stories. But eng i can read. Chinese i cant.

And the memory card not big enuff to store all the software so quite hassle to keep deleting and download the software.

Aw, im the one using it now to learn hanyu pinyin, so can keep up with my boy.
