I had 2 MC due to chromosomes abnormality. I have Google spot and many ppl been talking about this COQ10. Any 1 taking and have good results? Any side effect?
Is "COQ10 really helps to improve egg quality?

sorry for yr loss. may I know how did u know yr MC was due to chromosomes abnormality? I had 2 MC too but docs don't know the cause ... could only give a few possibilities like age.
I took coQ10 and ubiquinol, one after the other has finished. no side effects . not sure what dosage to take, sometimes I take 200mg, sometimes just 100mg. I stopped for a few months, starting again.
I've read some articles that even recommend up to 600mg. some will say waste of money. hai
