Help..blisters on my vagina

I am 24 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child - I have a few blisters on my vagina....photo attached:

Any idea what this is? how can I treat it?

I don't think it will be a good idea for us to advise you the issue that you are having. Please contact your gynae and have him/her to advise you on issue.
