Hard to sleep during 3rd trimester

Hi mummies, I'm at my 3rd trimester (28w now), dunno why always feel tired and thirsty, but hard to sleep at night.... I've used a mummy pillow to help me sleep and relieve my back pain but it didn't work for me. Does any mummy also experience this? Any advice to help sleep better? Or what to eat can help sleep well during 3rd trimester? Tia!

I do experience that and it's normal for 3rd tri to feel that way. Are you working mum?
Cause when I was at that stage with my #1, I make myself tired in the day time so at night I easily doze off. hehe!
Since I'm working, so often walk and make myself tired. Back home, eat, shower, and ZzzzZzz..
 
Try going for prenatal massage to relieve your back pain. I used to go for #1 pregnancy. Preggie with no 2 and also in 3rd tri now. Think I need to go soon.
 
It's normal to encounter sleeplessness problem for 3rd trim becos tummy is getting bigger and bigger. I also have the same problem during my 3rd trim...my tcm doctor told me that these problems are caused by heaty body. Try to drink more water or drink yin-nourishing supplement such as shi hu chicken essence from tian yuan xiang to moisten your body and increase body fluids. Once your body is not dehydrate, you can sleep better. Jia you. mummy!
