Getting the HSG image for second opinion?

Hi all,
Does anyone know how to request the original image of the HSG procedure?
I did the HSG in NUH in 2019. The doctor said I got a blocked tube.

Now I am doing IVF in my home country. My current doctor requested the original X-ray image for his reference.
How to request it from NUH?
I tried, but there is only "Duplication of investigation results" option, which is basically the summary from the consultation doctor.

Please help!
