- Have anyone experience ex-spouse defaulting child maintenance?
Mine had default maintenance for 12 months. Keep going back to court and took at least two month for another mediation, end of day he is not paying single cents at all. Is there anything I can do? And in fact my ex-spouse still owed me about 50k from final judgement, but by now still not able to chase the $ back. The order is just a piece of paper and it doesn't have any power at all. Anyone experience the same, able to advise?
